Returns
For our physical products, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Once your returned materials are inspected to be in an unused, new, and resaleable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 days minus all actual shipping costs.
How do I return my program(s)?
If you have questions about how to use the Reading Program, you may wish to email Customer Service at hello@scholarwithin.com. We can recommend ways for you to use the program. If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish a refund, please contact us at hello@scholarwithin.com. If you should have any other questions regarding the return of the program, contact us. Be sure to contact us through the email address that you signed up with for your account.

Online Only Programs
For our online programs (where we do not ship you physical material), we have a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can be sure our programs meet your needs. Send us an email at hello@scholarwithin.com, and we’ll take care of you.
Please note: If you have an ongoing membership plan, canceling your account from within the program will stop your membership from renewing, but you will not automatically get a refund. You must email us, contact us via chat, or call us within 14 days to receive the refund. Be sure to contact us through the email address that you signed up with for your account.
Reading Fluency Training Program
If we see that you accessed or downloaded all materials in the Reading Fluency Training Program within the first 14 days and request a refund, we will not honor your refund request as it will be seen as you have downloaded the material to your computer for later use.
