If we see that you accessed or downloaded all materials in the Reading Fluency Training Program within the first 7-days and request a refund, we will not honor your refund request as it will be seen as you have downloaded the material to your computer for later use.

7-Day Free Trial Terms
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is not available on the 7-day free trial option. If you signed up for the 7-day free trial and you are still within the 7-days, log in to your account, click Go to Program, go to My Account > Settings, and you can cancel your account from here. If you cancel within the first 7-days, you will not be charged. If you have any difficulty canceling the program, send us an email at email@example.com.
When will I receive my refund?

Credit card/debit card: We will issue a credit for the Reading Program price to the account used to place the order 7 to 10 working days after receiving your request.
