Scholar Within Reading & Spelling Program Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This contest (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Scholar Within, Inc., a California-based educational company (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, UEFA: Utah Education Fits All, UFA: Utah Fits All, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of a child in grades K–8. Employees of Scholar Within, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the steps listed in the Giveaway announcement, which may include:
- Submitting a valid email address on the Giveaway signup form.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on October 16th, 2025 and ends on October 19th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A Scholar Within Reading & Spelling Program (digital access for one student)
- One (1) Essential Box with print materials shipped to the winner’s U.S. address.
Approximate retail value (ARV): $299.
No cash or other substitution permitted. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within 14 days of the Giveaway’s end date.
The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on the platform used to enter. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Shipping and Delivery
The prize will be delivered via U.S. mail to the address provided by the winner. Scholar Within is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected shipments.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor.
- Release and hold harmless Scholar Within, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.
- Allow the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and testimonial (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with Scholar Within’s Privacy Policy. Email addresses may be used for communication and educational updates from Scholar Within. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Disputes
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
